“So grateful for Heno”
I am so grateful for Heno. I hear a lot of complaints from people using other EMR systems who have to wait days or weeks for a customer support reply. With Heno, you can call or send in a ticket and they pick up the phone immediately or respond within the hour. Writing notes is super quick and simple and the built-in HEP is awesome and time-saving. I have been a therapist for 39 years and have been on paper charts. So to change this late in the game was scary. I was fairly convinced it would be painful but I liked the team right away.
